Having had a negative experience in the past with another realtor I wasn’t sure what to expect but she far exceeded my expectations and I’m so happy we crossed paths. I ended up feeling like not only did we find a great realtor but we gained a great friend as well. She makes you feel like you are a top priority and made the entire process of buying a home actually enjoyable and not at all problematic. She took the time to understand our preference and lifestyle, which was evident when she found a home in a kid – friendly neighborhood close to great schools that matched our wishlist.

Stephanie helped my husband and I find our home when we moved to the Clarksville area this past summer. She was the perfect realtor. Stephanie’s expertise and knowledge of the market made the entire home buying process seamless. She went out of her way to ensure that every detail was taken care of. We highly recommend Stephanie’s services and will undoubtedly be using her again with any future real estate needs we have!

My husband and I have bought and sold a few homes in our marriage, and Stephanie Hartman is by far the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. She is super knowledgable of the Clarksville area and will go above and beyond to ensure you get the home you love. She consistently set aside her weekends to help us and never once made us feel like we were asking too many questions or taking up too much of her time (because we took up quite a bit of her time!) She went above and beyond for us without knowing us prior and really treated us like family. We are SO thankful we chose Stephanie as our realtor. I would give her 10 stars if I could!!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was working with Stephanie to find the perfect new home! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market and trends. Stephanie is a true professional and kept us updated throughout the entire process. She was responsible for making our cross country move feel seamless. It was wonderful knowing that she was always looking out for our best interest. From start to finish the experience was amazing. The best recommendation I can give is that my daughter and her family will be moving to the Clarksville area soon and Stephanie will be there agent! We have moved many times and have never had such a professional, knowledgeable and caring agent!

Absolutely wonderful. Stephanie made this process so easy. This was my first time buying a house and she communicated with me every step of the way, as well as informed me of all the technical things I needed to know about. Stephanie is very professional and very punctual. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
